With calibration capabilities ranging from 7 Hz to 10 kHz (420 to 600k CPM) over an amplitude range of up to 20g (196 m/s2), the 9100D portable calibrator is a powerful and versatile calibration tool for test engineers and technicians.

With the 9100D, onsite calibration is easy. To calibrate, attach the sensor, power the unit on, set the frequency and amplitude and record the results.

System interface is composed of only two dials allowing measurement units to be changed and levels to be set for use with the sensor under test.

Whether being used to confirm alarm trip points in the plant or to verify sensors in a metrology lab, the simplified navigation and quick four step calibration process make the 9100D easy to learn and operate.

Measurement accuracy


The 9100D produces NIST-traceable calibrations that comply with ISO 9000 and ISO 17025/A2LA requirements for vibration sensors and proximity probes.

From the straightforward software to the precision, stable quartz reference accelerometer, the 9100D is designed to offer users confidence in each calibration performed.

The onsite calibration process takes a matter of minutes, allowing end to end functionality checks while avoiding the downtime required when sending sensors out for calibration. This shortened cycle time, coupled with reliable internal elements makes calibration accurate and trouble free.

Portable and rugged

The 9100D is small, tough and completely self contained. The robust carbon fiber composite shaker armature, precision reference accelerometer, state-of-the-art digital electronics, 18+ hour long life battery and measurement software are all protected by a durable Pelican case shell.

Built-in storage allows the external power supply, supporting tools and accessories to be stowed directly inside the case.

Heading to the next test location is as easy as powering the unit off, stowing the accessories, and latching the case.
