Air Energy industrial applications

Some of project applications that we have been involved in include the following:

Geothermal - This major project for a well known club used a geothermal heat transfer system for the heating and cooling requirement of the entertainment and accommodation areas. Pictured is the geo- thermal pipework manifold back to the plant room installed by Air Energy.

Industrial processes - Air Energy work closely with Process Engineers to implement cost effective and efficient systems .

Heat transfer and cooling - Air Energy have the flexibility to install equipment for other contractors or to size and supply from our own equipment manufacturers.     

Manufacturing - On this site Air Energy worked in sometimes daily consultation with the company engineers to plan the layout and sitting of equipment, and the multitude of pipes supplying different parts of this complex plant. Changes were made at different times as the project progressed without difficulty.

Mining - Because Air Energy works in a broad spectrum of industry we can apply solutions from the bigger picture. Here is part of a quarry we worked on, we have experience in iron ore, limestone, sand and crushed rock sites.

Food and pharmaceutical - Whether it is dental supplies, food additives or drug manufacturing, Air Energy understands clean room requirements and has installed a variety of specialist pipe systems.

Paint and chemical plants - Part of the pipework manifold for a major paint manufacturers new plant producing powder coatings where Air Energy installed compressed air, recirculating chilled water and ambient water as well as the waste water lines.

Water treatment - Air Energy have worked on both ends of the water cycle, from water treatment to waste disposal and sewerage treatment works. Pictured here is a drinking water purification site with Air Energy supplied equipment and pipework.
