Automotive chemical manufacturer implements ERP VISUAL

Since Darmex exports 90% of its products to more than 30 countries, it must meet a wide variety of international quality standards – including ISO 9001:2000. To overcome these challenges in today’s ultra-competitive marketplace, Darmex needed an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that would help enhance all the company’s processes.
 
Darmex implemented Infor ERP VISUAL, which works in conjunction with their theory of constraints (TOC) philosophy to identify and avoid bottlenecks in production. In turn, this helps reduce manufacturing costs per unit, and increases capacity without adding inventory.
