The easy-to-use online induction software is now available for companies who wish to centralise their staff training at the one location and track the training status of employees and contractors.
It's designed specifically for companies who undertake regular inductions and need a systemised approach for training staff and contractors.
The affordable software solution allows training and OHS manager to easily create training content using text, video, audio and photos, as well as easily add assessment questions for inductees. Now, e-learning video content is an affordable solution.
While the administration panel, makes it easy to keep track of who has been trained and who needs to be refreshed. Emails can easily be sent out to trainees to complete the training. And contractors and staff can login in anywhere, to undertake training.
Once a trainee has passed their training course, they receive a certificate and also the results of their test.
Now, companies no longer need to spend time unnecessary time mailing out induction training materials, putting staff details into spreadsheets or paying for staff to travel for training. Instead, staff and contractors can undertake training in their own time. No more administration hassles, travel or time costs.
Unlike other induction software systems, users are charged by the course, not the number of users. Up to 1,000 users can access the training system.
"The online induction software allows training and safety managers to easily monitor their induction training programs," Marie-Claire Ross, Digicast's principal consultant, said.
"And if they don't have time to load their training materials, we're able to help, as well as designing safety graphics and training videos for optimising your induction process."
Those interested, can download a brochure, sign up for a free 7 day online induction software trial or see a free online demonstration.
