Dual Cabinet Coolers eliminate high temperature malfunction and protect electronics from harsh environments

EXAIR's new Dual Cabinet Cooler System keeps electrical enclosures cool with -7°C (20°F) air to eliminate high temperature malfunction and protect sensitive electronics from harsh environments.

Dual Cooling System For Large Enclosures

Cabinet Coolers incorporate a vortex tube that cools ordinary compressed air to -7°C (20°F) without the use of refrigerants.  They mount through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA 12, 4 or 4X rating of the enclosure.

Systems with thermostat control minimise compressed air use, keeping the enclosure at ±1°C (±2°F) of the temperature setting.  An automatic drain filter separator ensures no moisture passes to the inside of the electrical enclosure.  There are no moving parts to wear out.

Dual Cabinet Coolers are available with cooling capacities of 4,000, 4,800 and 5,600 Btu/hr. and are UL Listed.  Models with lower cooling capacities are available.  Applications include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, industrial computers, motor controls, microprocessors and robotics.
