Ducting, Rubber & Composite Hoses
Composite Hose is made from multiple heavy duty tight-wound fabrics and films with a double layer of abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover.
Inner and outer wires are galvanised mild steel. It is ideal for heavy duty suction and discharge transfer of petroleum products in road and rail tanker, dockside and ship to shore applications. The temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
A wide range of fittings can be supplied such as camlocks, BSP fittings, flanges etc. Other special couplings for unusual applications can also be supplied. Specialized manufacturing process techniques assure the proper gauge and pitch of the inner and outer wires to ensure conformity and consistency.
Ducting has excellent flexibility and lightweight allowing great mobility. It has the ability to transfer lightweight products and can be manufactured ranging from heavy duty to light duty materials. Some common uses for Ducting are for:

Rubber Hose is reinforced to perform high-quality sanitary suction and discharge. The outer cover is constructed from a variety of rubber compounds and the inner tube is constructed from cross-linked and UHMW polyethylene, PTFE, EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, SBR, and PVC, with nylon and wire reinforcement. Working pressures up to 1500 psi. Temperature range is from -20°F to +450°F.
