The most recent developed addition to Electrolube's portfolio is the '2000' silicone resin range which includes SC2001, a general potting and encapsulating compound, SC2001FD a fast cure compound and SC2003 a thixotropic compound.
Complementing the existing 2 part clear silicone SC3001 and the already extensive product range, which consists of silicones, polyurethanes and epoxy resin systems designed to protect and provide insulation for electronic products from harsh environments.
On exhibit will be the comprehensive conformal coating range designed to protect electronic circuitry from its environment, including moisture, chemicals, vibration, humidity and high temperatures.
Electrolube has introduced additional products to the range, which have been designed to prevent corrosion, mould growth and current leakage, and are available in aerosol, manual and selective spray, brush and dip applications.
Electrolube will also exhibit the low foam micro-emulsion cleaner, Safewash Total, SWAT05L. This specially formulated mix of non-flammable solvents in Safewash Total, forms a micro-emulsion when mixed with water, is currently in use by major manufacturers. This product is designed for removing leaded, lead-free and no-clean flux residue on printed circuit boards, as well as the removal of solder pastes and adhesives from screens, stencils, PCBs and related accessories. It is also suitable for use in dishwasher and in-line pressure wash systems, as well as ultrasonic and spray under immersion applications, providing superior cleaning performance to military and commercial applications.
Electrolube Australia also imports and distributes the Hakko soldering range of products for Australia and New Zealand regions.
At the exhibition, the new FM-206 3- port multi purpose rework station will be launched for the first time in this region. This exciting new compact station adds a whole new dimension to soldering and desoldering applications. Capable of performing any task whether Leaded or Lead-free solder, through hole or SMT components, this all possible from the FM-206. Supplied with the station are the soldering iron FM2027, desoldering gun FM2024 and the new FM2029 pencil hot air, options available are the hot tweezer FM2023 or FM2022 and also the new high powered soldering iron FM2030. Simple controls with LCD display and safety functions are all part of the new FM206.
All of Electrolube and Hakko's latest products will be on display at Electronex September 11th and 12th, 2013.
