Design
ENVICO Maxim Doors are a high quality High Speed Door designed for clear opening dimensions of up to H6000mm x W6000mm.

Product Overview
ENVICO together with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and SEW Eurodrive offer a range of reliable and reputable drive options.

• SEW Eurodrive Helical Worm or Bevel Gear unit with brake.
• Motor Speed 1380 (1/min) 0.75KW – 3.0KW.
• Rated Voltage 230/400. Rated Current 2.15/1.23.
• Protection class IP55 (higher ratings available)

Framework
The frame is made up of a head unit and leg units. The Envico Maxim Door maybe fixed directly to a wall or be a free standing unit and can be assembled and erected by simply taking the head unit, bolting the leg assemblies to it and then lifting into position.

The framework is galvanised steel and powder coated to give a durable and long lasting surface finish.

Other options consist of Stainless Steel and three Coat Epoxy.

Door Curtain
The curtain is constructed from a heavy duty PVC (990 gram). It is reinforced with a series of fibreglass rods, giving the door very good wind resistance and flexibility to release from the tracks should it be impacted.

The nature of the curtain construction provides excellent damage resistance. A 2mm curtain option is also available on request.

Safety Features

• Soft bottom to curtain (no rigid bottom or detector switch to get damaged in the event of accidental collisions).
• Curtain relocator provided to allow curtain to reinsert automatically.
• Ratchet handle to raise door should power failure occur.
• IP67 Photocell for wet industry areas, within door opening.

Warranty
A Twenty-Four month, 100,000-cycle standard written guarantee is available with each door on completion of installation (subject to position and conditions assessed prior to order)

Low Maintenance
The ENVICO Maxim High Speed Door is designed to be a low maintenance door.
