This customer had initaiily requested stainless steel shelving to be installed not knowing that Metalsistem could also offer plastic polypropylene shelf panels.
Once Bowen had suggested this option of the shelf panels as an alternative to the stainless steel panels, as the plastic shelf panels are ideal for this use in the required environment and can offer a high load bearing capacity also.
The plastic shelf panels were most appealing to the customer from a cost perspective, the plasic shelf panels offer a huge saving and provided the basis for the purchase of shelf board dividers and other accessories from the Metalsistem range.
The customer has since increased the size of the project by purchasing additional materials which demonstrates the service, qualiy and advice given to them and had established a confident relationship with the Metalsistem range and the staff from Bowen.
