26/11/2007 - A new installation of Pastry Conveyors has successfully reduced handling and increased efficiency in a Sydney bakery where packaging of frozen pastries takes place.
Australis Engineering & Australis Automation have recently successfully installed and commissioned a conveyor system with line integration for the packaging of Frozen Pastries.
The line consists of a turn table, check-weigh conveyor, feed conveyor, carton sealer, roller conveyor, 90° bends, metal detector, inclined labeller conveyor, labeller and pack-off conveyor. The check-weigher was designed and build in house with integrated control panel and has been certified for accuracy.
Built to food grade standards, the line has reduced manual handling as well as increasing the speed and efficiency of the line.
All equipment was designed and manufactured in-house to ensure a high quality finish and a very satisfied customer.
