The DH Budenberg fig 80 deadweight tester provides accurate pressure measurement in pipelines and vessels.
The figure 80 deadweight testers provide accurate measurement for pipes and vessels including hazardous areas - because of it's purely mechanical operation. The unit features an integral large, easy to read, precision mechanical pressure gauge.
Applications of Fig 80 deadweight tester include:
- Well heads, where it measures well head gas pressure and hydraulic test pressures of riser pipes.
- At gas terminals, it monitors gas pressures associated with flow metering.
- On pipelines, it measures pressures on leak & yield testing as well as frictional pressure losses.
- In thermal power stations it is used to accurately measure steam pressures for efficiency testing.
Four versions are available:
a. Figure 80: Pressure ranges 30 - 300 bar or
b. 30 - 600 bar, with standard accuracy 0.07% of FS (with optional range extension an 800 bar model is also available)
c. Figure 80L: 7 -60 bar or
d. 7 -120 bar, with standard acccuracy 0.015% of FS
The unit dimensions are 320 x 310 x 325mm. The tester weighs 25.5 kg and weights 75 kg and is complete with accessories, polished wood carrying cases & instruction manual bound with Certificate of Accuracy.
