WastePac 40 PET Bottle press garbage compactor is a top loading baler and has a unique piercing mechanism which eliminates the need for removal of bottle caps before baling. It is suitable where there is a medium to large amount of plastic bottles for disposal and excellent for where height is restricted. It has a roller head providing easy movement and a Lifting Trolley is included. It has a 30L retention tank with a tap connection for collecting of residual liquid left in the bottles. This is a time saving machine as the free chamber can be loaded while the machine is in operation. Dimensions of the baler – 2.336m(H)x2.050m(W)x0.861(D) weighing 562kg and has a pressing force of up to 8 ton. Has a cycle time of 35 seconds and bales come out 1m(H)x0.70(W)x0.50(D) and weighing 40kg (depending on material used).
