Application: Ideal emergency response containment boom for short term deployment in calm or sheltered waters such as ponds, dams, protected harbours and inland waterways.
- Lightweight, compact, easy to handle, impervious (non absorbent) boom.
- Very cost effective boom providing excellent performance.
- Closed cell foam buoyancy chamber makes boom less prone to sinking.
- The boom is easy to store and deploy, taking up minimal storage space due to its ability to fold back on itself (concertina).
- Excellent boom for large emergency spill response trailers.
- Easy to clean.
- Special extruded aluminium end connectors (ASTM) allow multiple sections to be joined together easily.
- Choose Urethane construction booms (code D-U) for abrasive applications.
