Heater Mica Plate

Applications

The heater plate is produced by bonding mica paper sheets with silicone adhesive under compression. It is rigid and can be punched or stamped cleanly to specified design with a heat-resisting capacity up to 500°C.

It can be used as skeleton material of electrical heating elements, dielectric spacer at elevated temperatures. Model J-5660-1 rigid mica plates are applied to ordinary electric heaters while Model J-5600-IS ones are applied to baking equipment.

Properties

1. High mechanical strength and excellent punchability.
2. High durability against water and moisture
3. Little odour at red heat.

Appearance

Smooth surface, free from pin hole bubbles, dirt particles and any laminate splitting.
