CEO routinely achieves divergence values of 0.25°, and a fast-axis divergence of < 0.15° is available upon request. These specifications are available on single-and multi-bar packages in a variety of conductively-cooled and microchannel-cooled laser diode arrays.
CEO's line of High Power Laser Diodes are available on a variety of heat sink designs with output powers exceeding 300W QCW per Laser Diode Bar at wavelengths from 7XXnm to Eye Safe (15XXnm) regions. CEO has over a decade of experience designing and manufacturing High Power Laser Diodes for a wide range of applications in the industrial, military, and aerospace sectors. CEO has demonstrated long operating lifetimes for both our CW and QCW Laser Diode Bars. Our CW devices can exceed 40,000 hours of run time, and our QCW devices can exceed 12 billion shots.
