ISC announce another step in its Asian expansion plans

Growth in new certifications and in our established public training services has dictated that we need to be present in additional areas within India. In this ISC has established 6 new regions and a change to our Vadodara region. The expanded regional presence includes Pune, Noida/Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai.

Tony Wilde, CEO, of the ISC Group commented that he was delighted to welcome new staff to support ISC and to the new clients to both the certification and training services in India.

Mr Wilde continued that it was good to see ISC ‘going against the trend’ in India where consolidation of current business was the average concern for many certification bodies. He said “ISC’s growth, particularly over the last year, has shown that clients in India still look for a professional and ethical partner in their drive for business excellence and in meeting environmental, information security and quality standards.”

This trend seen in India is also reflected in our Thailand and Indonesia business interests. Additional audit resources and greater national coverage in the countries will be available from 2nd January, 2012, alongside the India launch.

Tony Wilde said that he was hopeful that these new initiatives would prove as successful as the new Korean venture, launched in early 2011, had been through the last year. He urged clients new and old to visit the ISC website for continued information and guidance to ISC’s many services.
