Inaco, Panduit partner for Australian distribution alliance

18/07/2012 - Inaco Automation Controls have announced a new distribution alliance in Australia with Panduit.
Gary Pelham, Inaco's executive general manager said he was pleased with the agreement and it would strengthen Inaco's product offering.
"Not only will our current 4,000 Australian customers value Inaco's new capability to provide them with world-class industrial infrastructure products, but it's a key additional strength when addressing new customers and application solutions," he said.
Wayne Goodall, regional sales manager at Panduit said the new partnership would leverage their joint capabilities and knowledge to help customers simplify the deployment of "industrial infrastructure solutions".
"Whether the solution is for electrical, networking, or control systems — we understand the complexities of plant-level networks and controls," Goodall said.
"From monitoring production processes to optimising pathway design, our industrial automation solutions ease the deployment of industrial networks and automation control systems to enable expansion of operations, increase collaboration, and enhance productivity."
Panduit provides a full range of product systems, tools and services aligned by the Unified Physical Infrastructure (UPI) approach to enable distributed systems, improve availability, and increased operational efficiency.
Panduit Industrial Automation solutions incorporate the entire breadth of electrical products sets, control panel solutions and networking solutions for industrial application, bringing best practices in Ethernet networks from their Enterprise networking history, which can be transferred into industrial environments.
The Panduit product range complements Inaco's automation and controls offering and will enable Inaco to provide both their existing and new customers with a broader range of solutions.
Inaco is now able to distribute the Panduit portfolio of industrial infrastructure products including optimised cabinets and racks; end-to-end copper and fibre cabling systems; cable management; wiring duct; wiring accessories; physical security; and grounding and bonding products.
