Man dies after front end loader pins him to concrete wall

07/08/2012 - A man in his late 40s has died after being pinned to a concrete wall by a front end loader.

Adelaide police said the man died at a northern suburbs garden centre on Monday morning despite the efforts of paramedics.
 
A report is being prepared for the state coroner and SafeWork SA is also investigating the incident.
