Maximizer Software launches new version of Maximizer CRM 12

With more than 180 new features and enhancements, Maximizer Software has focused on making Maximizer CRM 12 more intuitive and easier to use by allowing businesses to access the software from their mobile, easily capture sales leads, view complete customer timelines and analyse results.

Other key features of Maximizer CRM 12 include:

- A customer timeline that allows you to view all customer interactions within one tab, regardless of how many individuals from your organisation have engaged with them. Timeline information includes all customer communication, sales history, service issues and key documents.
- New built-in dashboards, which provide customised views for sales account managers, marketing executives and customer support, allowing for enhanced business analysis.
- Enhanced smart phone experience including easier search capability direct from the home screen on the mobile version of Maximizer CRM 12.
- Web lead capture forms that send leads directly from your website to the sales team at Maximizer while eliminating any possible leakage and assisting with follow up.
- Ability to automatically save important email messages from Outlook to Maximizer CRM 12, allowing for detailed conversations with customers to be captured in one easy-to-read email thread and essential details recorded for more intelligent customer engagement.
