Mixing Systems - MX125
Supplied by: Vermeer
The MX125 is designed for efficient mixing of drilling fluid for small-diameter, short-distance HDD applications to supply the D7x11A, D10x15, D16x20A and D18x22 NAVIGATOR HDD machines.
The system's 5.5 HP (4.1 kw) Briggs & Stratton gas engine can support a 500-gallon (1892 L) mixing tank. The fluid system has the capacity to mix and deliver up to 125 gpm (473L/min) to the drill.
Feature: Provides Up to 125 gpm of Drilling Fluid to the Drill.
Benefit: Provides the drill with sufficient drilling fluid for most small to medium HDD applications.
Feature: Modular Design
Benefit: The modular design makes makes different mounting configurations possible, while the notched cradle design allows trailering side-by-side with some drill models
Feature: Tank Options
Benefit: The 500 gallon tank provides a narrow design for flexibility in different mounting configurations.
Feature: 3 Roll Nozzles
Benefit: Nozzles provide superior mixing and suspension of drilling fluid additives after the initial mixing process and keep tank bottoms free of accumulated drilling fluid additives.
Feature: Multiple Shear Points
Benefit: Multiple points provide superior yield times of drilling fluid additives.
Feature: 3" Monarch Greaseable Seal Pump
Benefit: Combines high output with the reliability of greaseable seals.
Feature: Engine options
Benefit: Choose a 5.5 hp Briggs & Stratton gas or a 6 hp Lambordini diesel engine.
