Nederman Mx4100 - Fume extraction Unit - 2 units available
These machines are used for fume and smoke extraction in electronics manufacturing and other manufacturing environments. They are suitable for wave soldering, reflow ovens and area extraction.
The Nedeman Mx4100 quickly and easily removes the harmful gases, vapor and soldering fumes before they have a chance to be inhaled or enter the atmosphere. The Continuous vacuum maintains the same airflow, and the units can be equipped with either a standard particle filter or use a particle/HEPA/gas filter for a higher degree of filtration. The unit measures L35" x H26" x W27.5". Weight of 110kg. The Max Vacuum is 13"W.G and has a sound level of 65dB(A). The unit can be connected directly to a wave soldering machine or a units that has a ventilation port.
Item Condition:
Both units operate, and some features like the auto speed is only working on one unit. The units were purchased from and auction 2 years ago but never used as no fume extraction was needed by our company. Spare filters are available through Suba Engineering.
