23/01/2008 - BudPak recently won an order to supply two BudPak retail net weighers to Central Sugars Refinery in Malaysia with the probability of another order for multiple net weighers after commissioning. Each net weigher has eight weighing heads and chutes that are fabricated in stainless steel suitable for net weighing sugar.

The Bud-Pak PLA-G8T net weighers will be interfaced with Stiavelli continuous motion VFFS machines from Italy, with each line new weighing white refined sugar at speeds up to 95 x 1kg packs per minute.

BudPak’s PLA series retail net weighers are available in multihead weighing configurations to suit client’s needs and are designed for retail net weighing of most products with high accuracy at high speeds.

Bud-Pak has manufactured 86 of their PLA-G series net weighers since 1986 and now has over 120 net weighing installations in the sugar industry throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and South America.
