The locally produced Rinstrum 5100 Intelligent Batch Controller was the weight indicator of choice because of its high accuracy batching capabilities which are complemented by automatic in-flight compensation, 99 recipe storage memory, recipe adjustment by % for varying bag sizes of the same product, bag totalisation and full product reporting capabilities.
Camilleri Stockfeeds is a specialist manufacturer of high quality protein products such as poultry, fish and blood meals for the domestic and export markets. The Budpak equipment was delivered to site within the prescribed twelve weeks delivery time and was very competently commissioned by Camilleri’s own Electrical Maintenance Manager, Mr Martin Helg.
