BudPak Pallet Wrapper For Victorian Tyre Recycler.

The DNC model Junior pallet wrapper has an in-built Siemens S7-200 PLC controller for allowing all the parameters for wrapping pallets, independently from their height, stability or structure.

The pallet wrapper’s operator panel is very easy to follow with individual functions easily distinguished by the differently coloured controls.
Once the load is in position and the selected values set, the pallet wrapper completes the wrapping cycle automatically. The only manual actions with the Junior pallet wrapper is the clamping of the film to the turntable and film cutting at the end of the cycle.

A full range of options are available for the Junior pallet wrapper.
Pallet wrapping sequence at Tyre Crumb:

1. The fork lift operator places the loaded pallet on the pallet wrapper turntable and starts the wrapping cycle
2. The Pallet wrapper automatically wraps the loaded pallet
3. The operator cuts the film and the pallet is removed by forklift

The DNC pallet wrapper also features a waterproof wrap cycle which allows the operator to manually place a top sheet on the load during the cycle, as follows:

•  the film travels to the top and half way down the load and stops
• the operator places the top sheet and re-commences the wrap cycle
• the film travels back to the top and then to the bottom of the pallet to complete the cycle
