1/02/2008 - A Fuji-Ace EC-141 palletiser was supplied by Budpak for stacking bags of cement at the Port Melbourne plant of Independent Cement & Lime.

The palletiser was installed during 2003 behind the filling line which incorporates twin BudPak valve bag packers which fill 20kg & 40kg bags of cement at the rate of 1200 - 1250 per hour.

The filled bags are conveyed to the Fuji-Ace robot palletiser for stacking onto empty pallets supplied from BudPak’s automatic pallet dispenser. The completed pallet is transferred from the palletiser to an automatic stretch wrapper, then to the accumulation conveyor for removal by fork truck.
