Our Pneumatic and hydraulic pressure calibrators distinguish themselves by their high accuracy of measurement, 0.05 % FS, compact size and ease of use.
The calibrators are used in the field or laboratory, production and service for inspection or calibration of pressure sensors, gauges, pressure switches and by-pass valves. Reference pressures of - 1 up to +700 bar can easily generated in a fast and simple way with various types of hand pumps matched to the pressure range required.
Exact adjustment of the required pressure is carried out by a precision vernier valve. The reference pressure is indicated by a 4 digit LCD display with 13mm high digits. The instruments under test are connected to to pressure output of the calibrator via a pressure hose and adaptor.
Our pressure calibrators have a serial interface RS 232 for data aquisition via an external PC.
Customer-specific documentation of the measured values in the form of works certificates and calibration reports is very easy and simple in conjunction with our test and calibration software.
The software package is designed to meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9000 and contains in detail:-
- program for evaluation of the measuring results via external PC.
- database, data storage and print out of works certification.
- coded and lienced for one calibrator.
- data cable included.

The calibrators are delivered in a sturdy carry case with flexible hose seals, and a seven piece adapter set.
