12/07/2007 - Technical & Scientific Equipment introduces a comprehensive range of high-force, fully automated tensile/compression testing machines.

China’s leading materials testing machine manufacturer, the SANS Group, manufactures electromechanical and servo-hydraulic testing machines. The machines are built to very high standards, and are equipped with precision control systems, and advanced software. The load frames are very robust, suited to harsh industrial environments.

The software provides fully automated test procedures, and data capture. Machines come with pre-loaded standards, which can be added to, or edited with ease using Windows based software. All data is captured using Microsoft Access database, which is easily exported to Excel, or other SQL based systems. It displays graphs, tables, and reports, all of which are easily modified to suit individual requirements.

The manufacturer is experiencing outstanding success in China and around the world, and now has a serious focus on the Australian market. The diverse range of machines, excellent after sales service, and SANS ability to incorporate design changes according to customer’s requirements has ensured their success.

All SANS tensile and compression testing machines use closed loop control, and can achieve stress or load control functions. The high force series covers load capacities from 200 kN to 10,000 kN.
