New Carrot Screening Machine Range

The need to reject undersized or broken carrots is efficiently handled on the Enmin Carrot Screening Machines. Vibratory Equipment for the Food Industries is the core of Enmin's business which includes both Electromechanical and Electromagnetic versions.

The Carrot Screening machines will handle up to 12 tons per hour of product. The special alignment sections direct the carrots into individual tracks while conveying them at a uniform rate. An adjustable series of slide gates determines the sizes to be seperated. Screened products drop into cross conveyors or Vibratory Feeders to further processing.

The machines can be supplied with recirculation wash stations and are offered in both a stainless steel or mild steel galvanized construction. Sizes range from 2.0 m x 1.0m to 3.0m x 1.5 m depending on the product type and throughput.
