13/05/2003 - A new Foodmach palletiser combines robot versatility with the high speed of inline systems, promising users the best of both worlds.

The system, called Robomatrix, is based on Foodmach’s proven high level palletisers. However a robotic pattern forming section replaces the multiplicity of devices, change parts and adjustments required to form varied patterns in conventional palletising techniques. The robotics have then been specially adapted to approach the high speed performance of conventional palletisers.
With robot ‘smarts’, product changeovers are virtually instantaneous and new patterns can be programmed at mouse-point, using intuitive graphic software. Robomatrix is ideal for cartons or shrink wrapped trays, as
packs are precisely and gently assembled on the pattern forming belt, prior to layer stripping. It will accept a wide range of dimensions and weights.
Foodmach design, manufacture and supply packaging mahines and systems with the emphasis on food and beverage industries.
