The new Axapta solution replaces two legacy systems, one in their Brisbane operations and the other in Newcastle, integrating all data into one system. The decision to choose Scalable Data Systems was made on a consensus vote from many levels of management, representing sales, accounts, engineering and service management. The systems scored well as one that fitted into the company business, was cost effective and maximised operational efficiencies and could support the organic growth of the company.

“Our core business involves the sale and distribution of over 3-4,000 hydraulic-related stock lines. To grow this business with branches in Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and satellite locations in Sydney and Townsville, we will use Aaxapta’s an online data management system. SH&P have 120 staff in their 6 branches and satellites. Axapta will support 60 users Australia wide on-line to the central office in Brisbane.
