10/05/2006 - Safetech's pallet inverter range has been extended with the addition of new clamping pads that provide for the safe and secure handling of delicate product. They gently grip the product and allow for rapid inverting of loads up to 2 tonne.

Pallet Inverter (Clip 2)

These new pads have been incorporated into the established Safetech pallet inverter range that has a proven record of versatlity and durability. Benefits include the elimination of manual handling associated with pallet restacking as well as more secure handling of pallet loads. Common applications include; 

   -Elimination of wooden pallets in food, pharmaceutical and clean room uses.

   -Transfer of product from pallets to slipsheets to permit pallet dehiring.

   - Automated pallet handling conveyor systems that require pallet load transfer from damaged pallets

All of our pallet inverters are designed and manufactured in Australia to comply with all safety and design regulations. They are usually supplied with fencing and light curtains to ensure complete safety. 

Safetech offer full service and support. Our pallet inverters are capable of performing several hundred thousand pallet rotations with regular maintenance.
