20/03/2008 - The LPKF MultiCut is a powerful laser cutting system for manufacturing microparts to a professional standard. With an accuracy of ±2 µm, reproducible quality is guaranteed every time.

The laser can cut apertures as small as 30 µm with a roundness better than 96%, and its effective material focus diameter produces sharp contours.

As a result of the new cutting technology post-treatment is not necessary anymore.

The laser beam, which is dynamically controlled, maximizes cutting speeds and produces radii down to 10 µm with a working range of 600 x 600 mm.

This durable, low-power-consumption laser minimizes operating and maintenance costs, so the system is ideal for processing different materials such as steel, nickel, molybdenum and titanium at low cost.
