• Richmond Gravity Rollers allow free moving, efficient and safe transportation of goods at any operational stage
• Roller conveyors are ideal for moving heavy and non standard shape items along processing and packaging lines
• Interlocking mechanism provides safety and ensures maximum effiency
• Minimum roller pitch is 38mm
• Side channel and cross members are made from steel for maximum rigidity and are attractively powder coated for a top quality finish
• Curved Sections available on request (45 degrees and 90 degrees)

Gravity Rollers

Suitable for loads up to 120 kg

• Richmond Gravity Rollers are manufactured with an OVAL type axle, thus ensuring the roller is securely attached in the frame and maximising roller and bearing function
• Rollers are equipped with spring loaded shafts for easy installation and hassle free maintenance
• Rollers are available in Steel (Zinc Plated) or Nylon
• Bearings are hardened steel in construction with a caged greased ball bearing
• It is recommended that there be a minimum of three rollers under the good/s to be transported at any time. Roller Pitch is determined by the size of good/s to be transported, in the instances of various sizes, roller pitch is determined by the size of the smallest good/s top be transported

• Adjustable height provide flexibility in application and operator comfort
• It is recommended that Conveyor Stands whilst freestanding, be securely fixed into position
