SYSPRO Software, a leading supplier of accounting, manufacturing and distribution software to mid-sized manufacturers has increased staff numbers over the last month in a response to increased demand for ERP software in this market.
Joe Coppi has been brought on board to increase SYSPRO’s presence in the southern region, as Sales Manager for the Melbourne office. Joe brings a wealth of experience to SYSPRO with over 20 years account management and new business development experience in ERP within manufacturing and distribution environments. Having commenced his career at NCR, Joe has built a successful sales career working most recently with Infor. Prior to this he spent several years with JD Edwards as Account Manager, established the branch office in Melbourne for BAAN Australia and was Manufacturing Sales Representative at NEC Information Systems.
In the Sydney office, Alina Hackett has been recruited to represent SYSPRO as Sales Executive for the Northern Region. Alina’s sales and marketing experience has been gained most recently at Citect as Key Account Manager for major manufacturing accounts such as BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and Smorgen Steel. Prior to this she spent several years at Bowen and Groves, a mid-tier ERP software vendor as well as Linde Materials Handling, assisting customers in the specification and build of specialist forklifts.
Also recently joining the Sydney office is Julie Gillies as Marketing and Communications Manager, Asia Pacific. Julie has over 20 years experience in marketing both in-house and as a consultant for both software and hardware vendors; most recently as Marketing Manager for Cyclades Australia, an infrastructure management vendor. She also spent several years at Brio Software as Regional Marketing Manager prior to its takeover by Hyperion, as well as marketing roles with NEC Information Systems and Fujitsu Australia.
