11/03/2005 - GULLCO International has released a self-propelled plate-edge beveller that bevels the underside of the work piece at 3m/min. This allows bevelling along the bottom edge of the plate without the need to lift and flip the plate.

Allows bevelling along the bottom edge of the plate.

The GBM-18U comes with Gullco's adjustable height undercarriage, eliminating heavy lifting of the unit. All four wheels on the undercarriage float, allowing self-propelled operation and an even bevel on any length of plate, regardless of uneven surfaces.

It has an adjustable bevel head and is supplied with bevel angle pins for 22 1/2º, 30º, 37 1/2º,45º and 55º bevels. It imparts a clean machined bevel with no thermal distortion on mild steel, stainless-steel and aluminium plate from 6mm to 38.1mm thick. Other bevel angle pins are available on request.
