22/01/2007 - Spiral freezers no longer need to be an expensive fixed and fast depreciating asset, nor require extensive site preparation.
Introducing the ADVANCED Spiral Freezer from Holland - a ready to go spiral freezer “in a box”.
The complete spiral freezer is contained in a fully welded stainless steel module and shipped to the customer as such.
Installation is a fraction of the time in that site preparation is minimal, and the module is craned or wheeled into position, connected to services and ready to go - in under 7 days!
- The unique concept of fully stainless steel welded spiral modules that meet the highest hygiene standards is the way to success. These modules consist of a stainless steel, seamless welded, insulated housing, equipped with a fully welded spiral framework and evaporator. In this way, ADVANCED create the most ideal hygiene concept.
- To increase the hygiene level even more and to simplify maintenance, all bearings and drives are placed outside the unit, having the added benefit of not adding heat from the motor into the freezing enclosure.
- The ADVANCED system is mounted on adjustable feet and the requirement for a concrete base and floor heating system is no longer required, saving precious installation time and money.
- The unique horizontal airflow design maintains the same air temperature and air speed throughout all tiers and reduces weight loss, guaranteeing a higher yield.
With the ADVANCED horizontal airflow, retention time for the products to be frozen are shortened. Especially freezing times are improved against systems with a vertical airflow design. This will give the ADVANCED machine a smaller footprint for the same capacity against most of our competition.
- A fully automatic Cleaning In Place (CIP) system guarantees an optimum cleaning result for the complete spiral system.
- Relocating an ADVANCED modular spiral freezer is easily achieved. Simply disconnect the services to the system, move it to your required position and reconnect. Want to sell it - no problem. Disconnect it, put it on a truck and ship it!
