Vacuum Lifting Devices VacuMaster Eco

The further development of the self-powered and thus energy-independent lifting devices was based on the experience gained with the new products VacuMaster Basic/Comfort, which have already established themselves successfully on the market.

Examples:

1. The main beam, which also acts as an integrated vacuum distributor is now made from a light, but very strong, extruded aluminium section.
2. The electronic warning device now has an additional battery-test function.
3. The operator handle has been reworked to improve the ergonomical operation of the device.
4. The holder for the chain-hoist control unit is now standard and is integrated into the operator handle.
5. The use of plastic connecting elements means that the suction pads can now be moved more easily along the cross-beam, making it easier to adjust them to match the dimensions of the workpiece to be handled.

2. Battery-powered audible warning device. This not only monitors the vacuum but, with its battery-test function, monitors itself.

1. The ergonomically designed operator handle permits fatigue-free operation of the lifting device 
2. The operator handle is fitted as standard with an integrated holder for the control unit of the chain hoist.
    

Accessories:

1. Additional supporting feet can be ordered as an option for the models VacuMaster Eco, Basic and Comfort to permit damage-free parking of the lifting device when it is not in use.

Load classes:

Various load classes permit selection of the optimum VacuMaster Eco for the weight of the workpieces to be lifted.
