Industrial land is often snapped up by developers while it is still rural, before it even looks like an industrial estate. Harvesting efficiency Wiley were approached by the refrigerated warehouse operators Versacold, to design and construct their latest extension which included a rainwater harvesting system for their cold store facility in Murarrie, Brisbane. This water recycling system, which included a syphonic downpipe system, was required due to the company's high water consumption by their refrigeration cooling towers and increasing governmental and societal demand for water efficiency.
