OLI Vibrating Screen Motors supplied by Inquip

Inquip was invited to review a troublesome vibrating screen at a WA gold mine. From our site visit it was clear that the vibrator motors had been changed from the original specification.
To develop the required forces across the frame, Inquip inspected the vibrating motors and reviewed the application with the site engineers and the OLI Vibrator engineers.

We supplied OLI Vibrators MVE 6500/1 vibrating motors. However the original frame was too small to accept the vibrating motors required. Using in house design and local fabrication support, a replacement frame to carry the OLI MVE vibrating motors was developed. The OLI Vibrators MVE 6500/1 vibrating motor have been in place for 6 months and have enabled the screen to feed and sort the product at the originally anticipated rate, preventing the previous bottleneck.
