PTFE Reducer

The PTFE reducer is able to handle full vacuum and temperatures from -60 degrees Celsius up to +260 degrees Celsius.

Sizes range from 1" - 6" and are available with any type of flange.

Standard pipe PTFE reducers are fabricated in Pacific Hoseflex's fully equipped CNC workshop.

The PTFE hose liner is virtually inert to all chemicals and solvents. It is resistant to fuming Sulphuric and Nitric acids, Amines, Antioxidants and Methanol. It is only known to react with elemental Alkali metals (molten in solution), Fluorine and Chlorine Trifluoride.

The PTFE hoses can also be used to convey hazardous fluids, steam and other dangerous materials, which can cause personal injury or property damage.

PTFE reducers are available stock in 2" to 6" but also range from 1/4" - 20" that can be custom made and are available with any type of flange.
