2005 Process Water Chiller

Summit Matsu Chilling Systems - Australian manufacturing company Matsu Chilling Systems has announced the release of the new 2005 range of process water chillers, targeting process cooling in industries such as oil & petroleum refineries, power stations, mining shaft cooling, precision engineering, lasers, plastics manufacturing, baking and food manufacturing.

Improvements to the water chiller system include full system diagnostic feedback by way of plc control, and the ability to remotely reset control stages within the chiller. This can be done from a central plant control room, remotely by dialup or by SMS to a mobile phone.

The 2005 range of water chillers has been improved specifically for the Australian environment. Improvements include all weather impact resistant cabinet and re-sizing of essential components like condensers and pumps to cope with excessive heat, humidity, wet, or cold. There are also auto shut off safety switches on every component.

Other improvements to the 2005 series of Australian water chillers include easier panel access, electrical cabinet access, and full and easy access to all essential operating components such as compressors, fans, and pumps for easy service or replacement.

Matsu Chilling Systems manufacture customised process water chillers in Australia, for the Australian market, exporting world-wide. Matsu Chilling Systems has a unique offering compared to overseas manufacturers for several reasons.

  1. Local manufacturer – no intermediate agents means fast response and fast delivery
  2. Commissioning – Matsu Chilling Systems commission all machines directly meaning they have a vested interest in the complete success and reliability delivered to customers.
  3. Customisation – Matsu Chilling Systems offer bespoke customisations to their standard product range and a low cost. There are few other manufacturers who will do this, and foreign companies cannot do this at a low cost.
