The 30 series Aluminium Profile system from AME System is a cost effective and innovative solution for small framing and light duty applications with a wide range of accessories.
The extruded aluminium profiles are supplied in loose lengths of 6000mm (6m) for customers to manufacture and use in their own facilities. Alternatively, AME System can value-add to the aluminium profiles by designing solutions for making desks and workbenches, automation support structures or any other customised solution.
The 30 series aluminium profiles are the cost effective alternative to the 40 series profiles and are primarily used for light duty applications that do not require heavy loads, for example shelving, and foot rests. The profiles can be used in conjunction with the 40 series profiles using the same joining components.
Unlike steel, the aluminium profiles do not need to be welded or powder coated, they come in a natural anodised finish, do not rust, and can be easily assembled and disassembled thereby reducing assembly time. By using the fasteners and other accessories, the aluminium profiles are easily connected to build complete assemblies.
The 30 series range of aluminium profiles also include, the 30x30/180 and 30x30/90 which have clean lines and are aesthetic in appearance due to the solid walls suit either workstations or computer desk frames.
