A comprehensive range of air cooled rectifier stacks are featured. For water cooling a unique design using high purity cast copper cooling blocks with extremely low thermal conductivity is used.

These cooler blocks feature internal circular posts to ensure maximum turbulence of the cooling water which results in the super efficient transfer of heat away from the semiconductors. These water cooling blocks with integral bus bars are the industry standard for demanding induction furnace applications.
