Matthews Intelligent Identification - The ALS 104 labelling machine combines extreme robustness with high-performance and is more reliable and compact than ever. Able to apply 110mm wide labels at speeds up to 30m/min, the ALS104 features automatic adjustment to actual production line speed by APSF function, whilst faulty label automation reacts immediately to gaps in the material roll.

With three different mounting options, the ALS 104 labeller is able to label top, side and bottom with ease, whilst the

dispensing edge can be rotated by up to 90° making it very easy to integrate the system into any production line.

With an ‘easy push’ mechanism for removing backing paper and a user-friendly, rotatable multifunctional display featuring an

intuitive menu structure, the ALS 104 labeller is very easy to use.
