Matthews Intelligent Identification - The ALS 204 labelling machine combines extreme robustness with high-performance and is more reliable and compact than ever. Able to apply 110mm wide labels at speeds up to 40m/min, the ALS204 features automatic adjustment to actual production line speed by APSF function, faulty label automation which reacts immediately to gaps in the material roll and an option to be up-graded with RFID technology.

With three different mounting options, the ALS 204 labeller is able to label top, side and bottom with ease, whilst the dispensing edge can be rotated by up to 90° making it very easy to integrate the system into any production line.

With an ‘easy push’ mechanism for removing backing paper and a user-friendly, rotatable multifunctional display featuring an intuitive menu structure, make the ALS 204 labelling system very easy to use.
