The new WIKA BEN-10/11 precision pressure transmitter with 0.1% accuracy and all stainless steel construction is suitable for the most demanding pressure measuring applications requiring a standard 4...20mA signal compatible with most process control systems. Available with an optional digital display and special EHEDG Hygienic fitting suitable for process temperatures up to 150DegC. Various process connections are available making the BEN-10/11 compatible with most processes.
The BEN-10/11 transmitters are available with a standard threaded connection or an integrated flush diaphragm which resists the ingress of process media into the transmitter. Pressure transmitters with an accuracy <0.1% are mainly used for testing, calibration, critical process control and service applications. The BEN-10/11 sanitary level and pressure transmitter is designed and manufactured to suit the harsh environments commonly encountered in the food and beverage processing industries.
Pressure ranges available from 0.1bar up to 1000bar, accuracy of 0.1% with temperature compensation between 0...50DegC makes this stainless steel constructed pressure transmitter suitable for most applications requiring a 4...20mA signal. The case and all wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel with a variety of exotic wetted parts available for the process connection including PTFE, Monel, Hastelloy, Tantalum etc... which help make the Ben-11 compatible with most process requirements.
Calibration of the zero and span on the Ben-10/11 transmitters can be performed via a computer interface allowing for precise adjustment. The robust stainless steel case provides IP67 protection from harsh environments. Customised versions are available including special process connections, optional digital display and special ranges.
