Bud-Pak Pty Ltd - Bud-Pak manufacture a range of semi-automatic and fully automatic bag palletisers, and associated equipment, especially for palletising of bags. Systems are routinely designed or configured to suit the application- bag type, production rate, pattern (s), floor space available etc.

Specifications of Bag Palletisers

  • Bag Weights Typically 10-50 kg
  • Bag Construction all bag types including WPP, paper and PE.
  • Production rates Various models available to suit the application: up to 800 bph· up to 1200 bph· up to 1500 bph· up to 2200 bph
  • Patterns 4, 5, 6 and 8 bag patterns available as standard. Other patterns available on request.
  • Pallet sizes Length 1000 - 1350 mm
  • Width 1000 - 1200 mm
  • Simple "switch selectable" changeover between pallet sizes.
  • Pallet Magazine Capacity 5 pallet standard. Additional 15 pallet modules available for add-on.
