Existco PTY LTD - The Barcode Verifier has primarily been developed to detect unreadable barcodes as they are printed.When a barcode is printed it is often impossible to tell if the barcode is actually readable using a barcode scanner. These errors may be caused by faulty printhead elements or poor printer setup or maintenance. The Barcode Verifier scans every barcode as it is printed and will provide audible and visual feedback if any errors are found. There is also the option of having the unit pause the printer upon error detection. Features of Barcode Verifier - Model: BVF1000: The Barcode Verifier uses a high quality industrial laser scanner and industrial gap sensor under microprocessor control to check each barcode. If any errors are detected a two level warning is initiated. A blue strobe light flashes and an alarm sounds. Either of these features can be disabled at any time to provide less disruption to other workers. As an option, the Barcode Verifier can also interface directly to the printer to pause it until appropriate action can be taken. Products & Services
