The Linx 4900 continuous ink jet printer is a simple to operate, self-contained package comprising an IP55 stainless steel enclosure with no dirt traps, making it ideal for washdown or dusty environments such as food packaging without the added cost of factory air.
Designed to ensure minimal intervention is needed from the user, the 4900 continuous ink jet printer features total printhead and conduit autoflush at shutdown, auto power off and mistake proof and mess-free ink and solvent refilling. These features ensure a clean, quick start-up, even after extended shut-downs.
The Linx 4900 continuous ink jet printer features a clear, simple user interface with WYSIWYG message display which means messages are created, selected, edited and printed right first time.
The sealed printhead is designed specifically for one or two-line printing. The intelligent jet control system maintains optimum print quality by automatic monitoring, at the printhead, of printhead temperature, ink drop ‘time of flight’ and ink delivery pressure. This is all done to eliminate the need for manual intervention and for maximum reliability.
