TC - C 01 Crimping Machine
- Workpieces: Wires with cross-sections up to 4.0 mm for male and female contacts
- Construction: Basic unit of compact design for pre-stripped wireswith automatic contact feed.
- Carrying handle for transport.
- Tool-free setting of crimping depth.
Processing sequence:
- Manual push-feed of the wire into the inlet
- Actuation by means of a foot-operated switch
- Automatic contact feed and crimping of twisted male and female contacts
- Manual removal of the completed stranded wire
Type TKCrimping Machine
Workpieces: wires with a cross-sections up to 4.0 mm for twisted male and female contacts.
Construction: Standard unit in compact design including stripper and crimp unit, can be equipped with various changeable units.
Processing sequence:
- Manual push-feed of the wire into the opening
- Automatic actuation
- Automatic stripping of the strand
- Automatic contact feed and crimping of twisted male and female contacts
- Manual removal of the completed stranded wire
